“Can’t buy me love”

A recent survey told us that 91% of you would choose love over money. (♥ ahhhhhhhh ♥)

Our members have the option to include their income on their online profiles so we wanted to know more. Our members are quite clearly not the gold- digging- type but we thought it would be interesting to find the extent to which a partners income mattered!

So, we did a poll.

To what extent does the income of your prospective partner matter?

As expected, no one thought it was important for their partner to have a lot of money.

50% of our members said that their partner had to be financially comfortable. 13% said income didn’t matter at all and 13% wanted their partner to have the same income as themselves.

25% of our members thought it would be a bonus if their partner had a lot of money.
